Na, this is what is on the muriel with the Engineer. Maybe this is there first experiment trying to create a Xeno. This could even be the 'bad' Engineers.

I think it could be an infected Engineer,it has to be one of the two because he has 5 digit hands, (Deacon has 4) ( Not sure about the original xeno's.
